MAY 26th, 2012:  DIABETES SELF-MANAGEMENT EDUCATION CLASS
When: 8:30am-4:00pm
Where: Public Health Center, 851 East West Connector
The material covered during this 8 hour class will include an overview of Diabetes, monitoring & management, acute complications, nutrition & physical activity, preventing long tem complications, sick day management and medications.  Attendance at the entire session is highly encouraged. 
* Please bring a sack lunch to class.
